Shipping
Since we are a small team, we generally dispatch orders only once in a week. From the day of dispatch, it might take about 2-3 days for you to receive the order if you’re within Tamil Nadu or Pondicherry. For other parts of India, it might take around 5-7 days.
MAAVILAI™ uses third-party shipping service providers to deliver the products. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery, or loss or damage of products during the transit. However, if there is something wrong with the books you have received, please reach out to us with your order number and the exact issue you are facing.
Note: All pre-ordered books will be shipped on March 18, 2022.
Returns and Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or returned.
In the rare likelihood of order mismatches, where some or all items from your order are unavailable, you are requested to reach out to us. In such cases, you can either choose to ship the missing items to you, or return the product and get refunded.
Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery of our products. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery of our products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You cannot return our products that are purchased outside this website to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected by us, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
